finding my wristwatch (which had been missing for over a week, and I had searched every corner of the house for it.
For some reason I had put it in the pocket of a fleece that I do not usually wear :crazy:
if I am not wearing it, it is normally on a bedside table along with the radio receiver I use to decode the German weather forecasts (there is too much interference anywhere else in the house). I was impressed to see that it still kept the correct time and the internal accu hadn’t run down. coincidentally I found this (the German lyrics actually say “the time is right”), presumably from German kids TV in 1981 (I would have been 9 years and 4 days old back then). Siw Inger is originally from Sweden but now lives with her husband in Hamburg, the same place the weather forecasts come from!
