March 30, 2008 at 6:36 pm #1159334had another look at the video (takes a couple of tries these days as I’ve let my French get rusty )
it happened because his broadband /cable TV adapter crashed and he complained to customer support, then the letter arrived
the manager at Orange said that she is going to try and find out who did it, as the passwords and letters were normally generated automatically – so to get this password in would mean someone deliberately got into the system to do this ( I believe what she says as normally password resets on these systems are automatic and produce a random collection of letters and numbers)
apparently she will then discipline the employee and turn over the info to the Police and he is also making a civil court claim..
