Every winter my feet are like blocks of ice for 4 months no matter what I do or how many pairs of socks I put on. I am considering buying some good quality cotton socks, perhaps too much synthetic fibres in cheap socks don’t allow your feet to breath (so to speak).

Anyone got any words of advice, this is quite a serious issue.

if you’re going for therapy is it easier for you to see your normal GP as well? I’d mention this as apparently its also related to stress and blood circulation…

don’t think I would want to bother my GP over cold feet, maybe when there’s something else wrong I could bring it up. But I dont see them regularly or anything nope.

what that article said is that mental stress can cause cold feet via circulatory problems. Most decent healthcare professionals are aware mental and physical health issues can influence one another.

yeah the article certainly makes sense, lack oh mobility is an issue to and I only leave the house twice a week in a car so that could be a factor too.
