I do Chen style Tai Chi with a bit of Chi gung.

Recently had the Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei come over and do a seimnar on Chen style, was amazing.

60 yearold guy that moves like a 6 year old full of haribo! I want to be like that when I am his age.

O for definite, there are several other styles taught there too I’ll have a look at, come to that maybe I’ll just tour round Norwich, BSE and area having free lessons in different styles, wandering k’d up monk stylee :crazy: :weee:

I used to learn thai kick jitsu kickboxing although I haven’t been able to recently as I’ve been working long hours over the summer meaning there is no time to go at the moment.

Systema..http://www.kgb-militaryschool.com/view/video?gclid=CLHcm5-2hI4CFQ_llAodkWFoQQwas speaking to this guy at sheffstock and after looking at this site im well interested in training, just wondering if anyones heard or trained in it? sounds pretty good if you ask me? check out the link.

Yes, Systema is effective. The training focuses on sparring and drills rather than forms/kata. The art itself focuses mainly on six levers of the body, namely elbows, waist, neck, knees, shoulders and ankles.

do you have any links in sheff, ive found one guy,but he’s not teaching yet… you know anyone who’s trained in it it sounds pretty effective and a good philisophy…
