Anyone else like fishing? Been at it for the better part of 20 years so I know a thing or two about it. Used to do it competitively, won a few tournaments in my time but that’s since all ended. Best catchs were:
3.5lb perch on a lobworm
5lb chub on a lump of cheddar
25lb common carp on a pop up boilie
2.9lb roach on a single caster
1lb rudd on a floating caster
10oz dace on a single maggot
12lb barbel on a slab of lunchen meat
9lb bream on sweetcorn & single maggot
6lb tench on a lobworm
2lb thin lip mullet on bread flake

I’m not a specimen hunter nut I do like to catch big fish, seems more worth the torment of line bites and drop bites lol
