what really makes me angry is that a consultancy firm called Tribal have been commissioned to carry out this particular grant-making. They have no experience in this field. I’ve found myself actually having to explain their own terminology to them :rant:

they aren’t able to weed out poor performers because they simply don’t understand the current issues, strategies, legislation, good practice or even their own terminology
