I tried signing up for SJ because a couple of my friends did and i never got the confirmation email so couldn’t actually post anything. Even when i asked them to resend the confirmation email about 3 or 4 times i got nothing so i gave up. After reading through the sight i decided it was probably a good thing anyway. Everyone seemed a bit up themselves and i saw them having a go at people for liking certain types of music.

Did anyone else feel that they could get stonned just by walking throught he reggae tent?
Im not that much of a smoker and every time i went in there i either felt felt sick and dizzy from the heat or stonned from the smokeyness.

But the music was pretty good. I just had to listen to it outside =]

Hixxy & Storm kept getting told to turn it down on Friday. Was rubbish. I could hear myself talking to the people next to me and i was right at the frount. Not nearly loud enough.

Psytrance tent was definatly the place to be. I kept having to drag my drum & bass friends to where the good shit was at.

Ninja Hippies was cool too. But really hot in their, i could hardly breath.

I had a wicked time. I was working there in the kids area in The Little Love Cafe…well i was supposed to be working, The Trance tent was wicked. Drum & Bass one wasnt bad but not realy my cup of tea. Club tent was good and i was Hixxy & MC Storm, Zion Train & Eat Static….so im happy.

Had a great last night. Me & my mates met a wicked guy called Larry (if he reads this contact me man, you were hillarious)

                Definatly going next time.

Anyone see The Little Love Cafe in the kids area? Good Food.

When i had a bad trip my mum gave me orange juice. i seem to remember drinking like two cartons. It did calm me down. My riends and i always give eachother orange juice when having a bad trip. Seems to work.

                      I remember
                      when everything was ‘gay’
                      or ‘lame’

‘taxed’ as in ‘i taxed this ciggi from my mum’

we always told everyone to ‘chill’
everything was ‘wicked’ & ‘cool’ (and it still is)

when we had fun, we had a ‘blinder’

and when we got drunk we got ‘peached’

They have said that they would keep in contact with me. Not sure they realise how far im moving too.

I’m also worried i wont have nayone to go to parties with. Not teh same going on your own. Unless i drag some friends to some parties in that area so i can meet some people before i move there.

Its all very daunting. But i guess if my hearts in it i can do it.

most parties in and around bristol are very friendly ive found and theres never been ANY trouble except for the odd case of people conflicting over who parked their car in the middle of the entrance but surely that happens everywhere … and theres more further afield if you have transport …

I read somewhere that the Bristol Police get brutal. Apparently they put a pregnant woman in hospital or something. I duno. I read the news too much.

But i see disagreements about parked cars at every party i go to.

Moving about is not such a bad thing, i quite like the change when i move. TBH it never really changed my ways i just managed to find people who enjoyed the same things as me.

Also if there are things in your life going in a way you dont like its a perfect chance to see if you can change it…..

Thats some pretty good advice. I realy do want to get away and start again. Meet new people & try and fix the things ive done wrong. But then i have a few friends here. I can count them on one hand and i love them so much. We are so close, i cant bare to lose them. and i know that if i move so far away i will. And im scared i wont meet anyone as good as them wherever i move to.

My mums not moving me so i can get a job. shes moving me to get away from the people and places i hang around with/in.

I would quite like a change of scene to be honest. get away from all the people that are messing me up. I just wanted to make sure that i could still have my fun.

More warehouse parties in winter and more dnb/breakcore, maybe not as openly “fluffy” as East Anglia (some of the parties are held in fairly rough areas) but hopefully you should still meet some good people.. There are several crews operating in that part of the country.

Thats a shame, i like the fluffy east anglian parties. They’re so relaxed. But i do like a bit of DnB/Breakcore so its not all bad.

Well, even if i did move there im sure i’ll still be coming to East anglia for some fluffy-ness.

The only Vinyl i have is all my mums reggae. All her D&B and Breakbeat got fucked when we moved to spain for a couple of months.

I use My computer most of the time when im at home. Sometimes use CD as well. MP3 player when im out and about. Vinyl when my mum lets me touch her turntable. CD or Tape in the car….although i can plug my MP3 into the Car stereo…just havent worked it out yet…and its not actualy my car.
