I highly doubt it, you need somebody with the will to change combined superior intelligence to actually make huge difference.

Hes saved 7.6 million lives of children under 6 through vaccinations and is working to irradiate polio. So his charity is VERY effective and efficient.
Hes talked other billionaires to signing away half of all their networth by signing a pledge (which adds up to 178.5 billion)
He speaks up for feminism in Saudi Arabia.
Hes helping scientists improve CO2 emissions.
Oh and I’m sure hes done something for technology too.

Of course its the least he go do considering hes a gabilionaire (well not anymore)
But the fact is hes one man and hes had a huge huge positive impact on the world.
