Shouting at your family helps specially when they’re being too loud! I’d say having a cold shower then about 7cups of tea one after the other and you should be alrite:wink:

Serious sound silly but is true, but the only thing is that however much i tell myself this i this end up not doing both!

The best liquid is infant rehdration fuilds, in the states its called pedialyte. Tastes salty but is the best thing i have found and i am sure they have the same sort of thing in the UK.
