obv i do own things, but i think there is an issue with state of mind: possession and ownership; my things, my birthright, my land, my big gate, my locks, my self defence wmd’s etc … obv they are just words; symbols that can mean only their simplistic definition or can be a microcosm of something; a selfish mentality possibly… i dont like to feel too attached to material. if my identity is too connected to any possession than that is an unnecessary burden… that i probably share as much as the next person

no, my ego owns me. it is the reason i cannot have pure thoughts or connections. i have some amount of awareness and somewhat enjoy the challenge of learning what it is and acting in opposition to it. i recognise that its values are all based in dark energy, and i know that i would like to not be excited by these energies. but as one layer is peeled back, another is found, and it is apparent that my mind is riddled by it and that makes me a fickle, shallow, reactive, predominantly unconscious being
