I heard this great dub reggea song that I’m dieing to hear again!

All I can remember was that the song was about 60bpm (or 120bpm I suppose). It had some reggea vocals that were not english.
The peeps kept telling everyone that it was ‘dubstep’ haha. I’m guessing this is what early dub was called?

It had this bass note that would get pitched down and a quick guitar stab on the second beat/note if I remember correctly.
It had this really slow groove!!
