Did that one sound any better/different to the others? That time round (more because of lack of time than anything) it didn’t get a further dose of soundprocessing (and hopefully I remembered not to slam the jingles into the limiter but slightly fade down the music which is why broadcast mixers are made with nicely spaced 100mm faders).
Although VFR repeats usually do get soundprocessed (for the benefit of those listening on small devices) I am trying to move out of the loudness war – !sinner69! sent me this tech paper from famous sound engineers in DK who explained how it sounds rough and canes peoples ears if they listen on certain headphones..
