Good to see 3 of them are in Essex; which has until now not had any CR allocations.
They do have 2 years to set up the transmitters (its not an overnight job to get all the correct equipment together!) and are not allowed very strong transmitter power; about 25 watts although if the antenna is in a good location the signal can go 20-25 km (I may well be able to monitor the Colne Valley station from across the border in Suffolk; it may be possible to monitor the Chelmsford and Southend stations from the East of London)
