      hello!
      right pretty much i am doing a large research project as part of my college course on Djing! if any one can help with descriptions of techniques, history of djing, different scenes within djing, ect! any infomation would be much appreciated as i have only been mixing a couple of months.

                    looks like the chap made them by extracting components from a couple of old “ghetto-blasters”.

                    if you know a bit about electronics it would be fairly easy to make your own – you could pick up the bits for about £30 quid max if you bought the components new, although most people who do this sort of stuff keep a “junk box” of components recovered from other non-working kit.
