I have period pain+++ every 2 weeks (awaiting another op to remove the endometriosis) so that’s maybe what your prob thinking about, as I complain alot (++) about it

this is either a head cold or flu, not had this for a good while – think its going around our way, as the boys have already had it, my time……

Get some good cold and flu drugs in ya! (I bought like 150 sachets of cold and flu max strength hot drink when I was in the UK as they don’t have them here) When me and Markus were sick they helped heaps.

My cold / flu symptoms dissapeared after a day and come back today ….. I recon they’ll be gone again in the am and come back sat as I’m on leave for a week, usually got a cold when on leave….boo
