                                I did some seemingly innocent leg excersizes the other week, thinking nothing of it … then couldn’t walk properly for 2 days after. Told my mate about them and he did 3 times the amount you are suposed to do thinking they are easy … and also couldn’t walk for days after … I was laughing at him as I told him b4 they don’t seem like much but actualy are hardcore. 🙂

                                    Lol I search the symptoms on-line and end up imagining I have some deadly disease or illness but then it always ends up with the simplest things like lack of vitamins or (my main problem) iron level, etc. 😛

                                        i bet i have a tonne of weird deficiencies.. i have pretty good genes, none of my immediate family have died of horrible genetic diseases.
