June 11, 2011 at 5:48 pm #1131476fucking sinus pain!!! I keep getting it, it won’t fuck off and die. Earlier my face hurt so bad I punched a brick wall just so it would take my mind off the pain. Didn’t work, painkillers ain’t working either. The only thing that gives me slight relief is putting my head over a bowl of boiling water with a towel on top, The pain does actually go but then comes back after half hour.
The pain is unbearable as well, have had sinus pain before but this is a whole new ballgame. 🙁

Always wear a hat and a scarf when you’re going out during a cold or even windy day! If you never had a pain this bad don’t you think you should see s doctor? :/ I hope you get well soon!

Going to see a doc on Thursday. Although last time I went to one they fobbed me off with antibiotics and they did naff all. I think my lifestyle may have something to do with the recurrent episodes. Need to knock the marching powder on the head!

Yep know how you feel i get them as well ….headache behind the eyes and aches around the nose !!!! . Only just started getting it again and i think it might be hay fever starting it all of again . This morning wasnt a good morning for Mungo !!!! , felt like i’d been punched in the nose !!! . Although feel better now , think i might go doc’s myself as i dont need this again . Last time was in my teens and it was bad !!!!! . Not had a head ache or sinus for a while , i’d like to keep it that way .Hope you feel better mate 🙂
