Was tasked to produce a report using just the tag “1406-2011” as starting material.
Did rather well this time – session submitted double blind is at the bottom of the list. Last summary page seems to fit pretty well.
Yay! Go me! :bounce_g:

Mind you, I had had a break from doing that sort of thing… and it’s not exactly a “normal” hobby.
SCREW NORMAL. WHO WANTS TO BE AVERAGE AND BORING?

Well, partly I wanted to ask a question “How do people feel about novelty and different things”, and partly I wanted to show an example of doing something that was definitely unusual.
Unusual for Party Vibe, anyway. Ya dig now? 🙂

Just in general. It seems to me as I get older that routine seems more useful, but I have a deep seated problem with conforming to society.
I suspect a lot of PVer’s have a similar viewpoint, and I wanted to see what the range of attitudes was.
October 23, 2012 at 5:21 pm #1260726the best experiences are often new ones… i guess i was not following use of words ‘novelty’ and ‘routine.’ if routine is travelling the world and meeting new people each day, then that sounds good… the routine of the rat race, climbing the corporate ladder just to earn slave money and not really experiencing life is less appealing. the novelty of coming out on a pv night and meeting lots of sound people i like very much, but if the following morning i got hit by a car, that would be a less enjoyable novelty… and then ‘boredom’ which i feel is an unwillingness to engage imagination
