      hey goiys.,

      just wonderin if anyone can help me find this tune., its a proper uplifting piano/acid house tune the sample goes like this its a girl singing over some 303

      the fantasy ohh yeaaah, comes over meeeeee, the fantatsy yeahhh comes over me, (says that a few times) you got to believe,

      and then breaks into some uplifting piano

      I know the sample is from chic mystique but i think its someone else singing and its none of the chic mystique remixes.,

      really appreciate if anyone knows

        mate I know the tune but unfortunately not its name (maybe Biotech might know it)…

          yeh its a foookin banger., got it on a mix., but quite want the vinyl for new years., doesnt seem to be possible to find online., and coz the singing is a different person its not listed on discogs chic mystique appearances i dont think., il find it soon i can feel it ha

            I’m fairly certain the lyrics were re-done by an English girl rather than sampled from that US dance track (to avoid being had for copyright etc) – and that the tune itself would have been very popular in EA when it came out as a lot of uplifting piano stuff was. I first heard it on mixtapes from crews associated with East Anglia (I didn’t live here back then but in London and SE England).

            Tunes of that era were often sold as white labels on limited pressings and the only identification is the matrix number scratched into them and aren’t always shared online immediately as it takes fuckloads of time to transfer vinyl to digital (I have been doing this with my vinyl very slowly as I’ve switched to digital kit. some tunes I have from back in the day I have absolutely no idea WTF they are actually called!
