The more you concentrait on this the more prominent its going to be a problem in your life … just find something new, that you like (thats proactive and positive), dive in head first and dont look back!
why do you think i have started running and learning kung fu?
I used to do nothing but stew in my own self pitty .. but the fact is i wasnt enjoying my self .. only way out .. change stuff .. FACT!

I see what you mean mate, and I am doing me best! bikes rides, festivals, looking into getting some volunteer work to build my confidence up to get a job, got in contact with old mates and sorting out that side of things, growing chillies. Fuck 3 months ago I could hardly leave the house on my own.
But your right I do need to keep the pace up, need to think of a good hobby. Perhaps a martial art would be good, not sure though I find aggression hard. Maybe learn the guitar, fuck I dunno. I will find something soon though!

I dunno really, a bit of everything, some dub, some rock, some old classics, that kinda thing. Anything from the kinks to king tubby. But I have lost a lot of the love of music I used to have, seems a bit stagnant. Its not the same when your not with your mates talking about it all the time (college). Spent way too long watching TV and smoking pot.
May 21, 2010 at 5:56 pm #1207674I’m 99% getting a shambala ticket now so i’ll be able to party it up with you guys, whoop whoop.
King tubby and the kinks! not baaaaad.

with regards to martial arts –
yeah for me it was hard getting over the fact that i don’t wanna hurt anyone lol … but tbh .. i get hurt more than my master .. :laugh_at:I’m just using it as an example … but what you’re doing is great .. what i said was more aimed at someone who wasn’t doing shit …
you keep up what you are doing .. and you’ll soon see the changes in your self …
even with baby steps you’ll notice big difeances over time .. and that’s the best way to do it or you’ll just over load your self with change (change needs to be gradual to some extent or it’s too much of a shock .. you need to relax into it.) 😉 ..
:group_hug
Oh and allways try to keep a posative mental attitude at all times. (only you can controll this – you just need to work on learning how by bringing more posative things into your life )
