I love the Ren & Stimpy cartoon show… (a 90’s thing)

the best bit is when stimpy (a cat) says his usual thing: “oh happy happy joy joy!” in a loveable retarded kinda way with his tongue lolling out the side of his mouth in dumb amusement…
