I got it from ebay … so have to go through all the bollox of getting a refund from the seller.
It’s fucking parcelforce … they must of got bored and started playing football with it or something!
Man I’m fucking livid atm.
April 5, 2011 at 10:14 am #1238030That fucking sucks, did you get it with paypal? you can get refunds easily with paypal

yeah I did pay for it with paypal through ebay. I’m waiting for the seller to get back to me .. sent him a mail armed with pics, see what he’s gonna do about it. Allready phoned up parcelforce but they can’t do shit for me if I’m the recipient – it’s only the sender they can deal with, but I made her log a complaint anyway. Would it not be best to go through Ebay if he doesn’t give me a full refund?
My mate ordered a sword for his martial arts that was getting delivered today, it turned up about 2 hours after my board with the same driver (he doesn’t live far). I’d allready told him about what happened and described the driver to him. Got him to have a word and he checked his sword infront of the guy to make sure it hadn’t been damaged – the guy must of been shitting him self lmfao!
In all seriousness tho they must of littleraly chucked the box onto the floor from the back of the lorry for it to of gotten like that … that’s every key of the 49 bar 8 or 9 that have broken, even a screw got forced out the back where it got bent so much! Tbf to parcel force the guy should of packed it better as it was only suported at either end by the polystrine shit with nothing suporting the middle – hence whey it’s flexed so much when they chucked it, but still I’m blaming parcelforce.
April 5, 2011 at 11:38 am #1238015Oh yeah and another thing, when the driver knocked on my door he had the box resting on my door so when I opened it it allmost fell onto me! I had to catch it to stop it falling over. GRR, I promised my self I would have a relatively sober week but I’ve got a few bev’s in even tho both hands are only just past the top of the clock as I was stressed as fuck (I’m chilled now I’ve had a beer) and I’ve allready peeled the skin off my knuckles hitting my punch bag so had to give that a rest lol!
April 5, 2011 at 12:07 pm #1238031hope u sort it out dude
April 5, 2011 at 12:47 pm #1238016Yeah me too man … I’m sure it’ll get soughted out some way or another … it’s just a pain in the arse. I spent the last of my cash on this and I’m jobless … was hoping for something constructive to do whilst I was looking for a job. the insurance from the delivery type is only £100 as well … it cost me over £200! I think the other dude might be forced into paying me the rest out of his own pocket. He seemed really sound as well … fucking anoying. Hopefully he’s still got it under garentee and it’s covered or something.
April 5, 2011 at 12:48 pm #1238026this is what happened to joshd when he sent a mc-505 with parcelforce…
April 5, 2011 at 12:49 pm #1238017he get his cash back? (was it throguh ebay?)
April 5, 2011 at 12:50 pm #1238027josh sold it and parcelforce broke it… i think he waited a month and got his cash anyway :-s
April 5, 2011 at 12:51 pm #1238033i think this says DONT TRUST PARCELFORCE
April 5, 2011 at 12:53 pm #1238018my mate uses them all the time and they are normaly fine … but I guess it just depends if you get a shit driver (I’m sure they work in all companies – there used to be loads at my old place – but then it’s cos nothing ever got done about them).
It seems that you have to wait for about 8 weeks for a claim according to there phoneline. and the insurance only covers <half the cost of the item and postage!
April 5, 2011 at 12:56 pm #1238034find out the driver’s name and find out if he has a history of delivering damaged goods
April 5, 2011 at 12:58 pm #1238032paypal covers up to £500 for ebay transactions
April 5, 2011 at 1:00 pm #1238035£500 they’ll be reluctant to give

I doubt they will give that info out – and there’s nothing to say it wasn’t another driver. This got posted from brighton and had 3 drivers taking it from hub to hub …
They should look into this kinda shit anyway in the investigation within the company.
April 5, 2011 at 1:07 pm #1238036formal complaint

I don’t wanna fuck up this dudes rep as I’m pretty sure it’s not his fault. You think I should wait till after he’s replyed b4 contacting Paypal (I’m not contacting Ebay yet)?
