I would of started yesterday, but I’ve got an ear infection atm and can’t hear out my right ear. When it clears up though I’ll get cracking on it for ya. Can’t wait to hear the finished product! 🙂
I prefer your less anger fueled lyrics mind you. Not sure the more gangster style ones would go too well with an oldskool vibed tune. 😛

Sweet, cheers daft, very kind of you to say so. My mate said the other day that he’s almost sorted now, so hopefully I’ll get over there soon & finally get them recorded. If not, there’s an Amsterdam based producer called Bigred Cap who asked me if I wanted to jump on a track on his next album the other day (naturally said yes), and he’s down my way for a couple of days next month so we can record that & if my other mate (who as it happens is also gonna be on the album) ain’t sorted by then, I’ll be able to get em sorted at that point anyways. Sorry for the delay bud, can’t wait to hear the end result myself either, lol. Hope your ear feels better soon dude, big up!

I started putting some rough things together earlier, but I can’t do too much cos of the ear. It’ll be at 140 bpm if you record the vocals before i get anything to ya, but it’d most likely be better to wait till you’ve got at least a rough demo of the tune in your hands so you can MC to the vibe of the tune rather then doing it blind (or deaf).

That’s probably a much more sensible way of doing it to be fair mate, well looking forward to hearing what you put together man.
