yeah sl cooked me a bad boy burger :love: .. it was on the bbq out side tho so i could watch him and make sure he didn’t fuck it up :laugh_at:

i gave him loads of tips .. told him how not to burn stuff how to make it look nice ect. … don’t know where i went wrong :laugh_at:

Go on Jonny…. I have spent 5 months trying to get them to clean it up, that is longer than most people would have done. I threatened them with, I even went to the effort in my spare time to make them cleaning rotas, get information on where they could take hygiene courses and get some training. This was not listened to…..

SO Jonny, how would you have dealt with this??? I am curious to what the wonderful and better way you would have dealt with the situation.

Have a read up about food poisoning Foodborne illness – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia you might then understand why I am concerned with the hygiene of the place, especially when friends and family eat there.

Food poisoning could kill me if I get it bad enough – I have a compromised immune system. I am glad you reported them SL

I had a call off the EHO today to say they tried to do an inspection Friday but couldn’t get into the premises so they went today… my complaint has been upheld as they were not at all happy with the hygiene, how ever some of the things were not there when they visited (mouldy food or other kinds of very wrong insect type things to find in a kitchen)
