love is finding someone you can reveal your whole self to and want to share your life with.them being fit and shaggable obviously helps ;).

It’s not really quantifiable/measureable so someones love can be different to another persons.

March 1, 2005 at 4:17 pm #1064424As for risk I think it also depends on the effects on others. Like USE said if it involves killing someone/yourself , or wrecking others lives its definitely wrong
otherwise it could be argued that war, terrorism and some the activities of big companies are OK as you are taking big risks for a big gain – “the means justify the ends” its called
also if you fuck up and lose everything, who then picks up the pieces and supports you? your family? the people you love? then the burden of your risk-taking has been pushed back to them – or would you be driven to suicide, leaving all the people who love you behind?
in that case (particularly if the reward is something fleeting like fame, money or power) IMO its not worth taking the risk.
