Hi Dudes.
I wanted you to know that I’ve build a website which its filled with party pictures.
They are mainly from parties in the Netherlands and Belgium, but also from the popular Spain holiday city Lloret De Mar.All pics are over 2 megapixel and can be viewed and downloaded for free so you won’t need your magnifier glass to view them!

I probably won’t be posting a lot here, I’m just hoping that other sites with (party) pictures will start providing higher resolutions too.
This way more people can enjoy the photographers effort to create a nice album.
With those thumbnail size pics nobody can really see what’s going on.Greetz

Greetzhi there! good party pics….
our gallery can handle hi res pics as well….
the problem here (which is perhaps more a UK thing) is that many of the British parties featured are “free parties” where the venues do not have a music license (it is hard to get this in our country as too many narrow-minded people are here who do not like “noise” and complain about music events)
Recently, the cops and council authorities have been going to party galleries and downloading the hi-res pics; they then use these to help identify who is putting on unlicensed parties and they end up in Court, and if convicted can have their equipment confiscated and given fines.
So many people no longer put their hi-res photos of unlicensed parties on the web; as people can get in trouble because of it. If pics do appear they are deliberately made lower resolution and often have faces, vehicle index number plates obscured.
It is of course perfectly OK to put on photos of legal events and some people do this.
September 27, 2006 at 7:58 pm #1088848Hi GL,
Thanks for explaining.
Where I live there are tons of legal parties going on, so there’s not much need for going underground.
I never imagined that authorities would sink so low to search for pics on the web unless there was somebody killed or so.
:you_crazy
Rules in the UK must be getting really tight with all those laws against ‘violence’ on the internet and shit like that.
Time to create a state where everything is legal or emigrate to Cuba or so
