you just have to keep a possitive mental attitude –

dont let the fucker grind you down, rememner why your doing it in the first place etc

but seeing as it only 7 days since me op on me arm I’m gonna go to bed as tired and sore :yawn:

i got £40 to last me till next payday (friday) and then i off tup north for the weekend .. should of met up this weekend like we said b4 .. i just rembered tho so bit late now lol :hopeless:
