dumb dumb question i know but how tha hell do i read the messages that say 30[4 example] unread messages wots ppl doin this bank holiday? x

TBH those numbers are often wrong. its a bug in the software.

Just above this window (above where it says “Chat, anything goes..”)

there is a bar with “Help, User CP, Members List, Active Topics, Search, Quick Links and Log Out”

Click on the link with “Active Topics”. This shows a more correct list of the posts you haven’t read.

Also those are just people’s posts to everyone, not like private messages Incase that’s what you thought 🙂
