welcome to the forum mate. i got to alot of parties in wales n bristol would send u contacts but dont hav ne myself. I normally just get a call a week before the party lettin me know something is on and then a txt with directions on the nite.

Hey Baby, get yourself to Gener8er this weekend (@ Lakota). There will be plenty of people there that can help you out and it looks like a good night. Best take ear protection though as it will be stupidly loud.

Yeah, Im thinking of going up to Gener8r from Dorset this weekend.

Its going to be silly loud I think – 60k of looney bins.

Nah, it’s pretty stupid really. They wont be able to turn it up full and have no consequences. I think there is a health issue to be honest, as well as a structural issue with the building. It’s rare but people have experienced collapsed lungs at very high SPL so I have heard. It will also be fairly hard to breathe close to the soundsystem.

It wouldn’t be such an issue outside or in a big venue but although i’ve never been to Lakota I should imagine the main room only holds about 500 people so it can’t be that spacious.
