July 21, 2006 at 5:35 pm #1083546its ok, use to have a fair bit of it, stuff on enormous mouse, buzzbee, mert wax etc. right? its good, but its not oldskool. a lot of it sounds over produced and a lot like nuskool breaks (which i hate), though some stuff is really good especially the stuff by brainstormer, the new basement records label should be realy good.

there are a few old skool re-takes on this mix, i d have a and ols/nu skool mix about on this site somewhere if you wanna hear the difference
i personally have been calling the above Drum & Breaks as there are alot of d&b elements in there……tis alot tougher than your avg break mix…..i like the harder stuff better than i do the lighter stuff
