I had to haul some sacks of this at work (a quarter ton, 250kg!) as the salt man arrived late (which means the other facilities staff have finished their shift, where I work IT/telecoms and facilities management are combined), my younger colleague who was supposed to do this had buggered off somewhere to deal with a computer. It is used for the water softeners as Anglian water is hard…
I didn’t know there was a Kings Lynn also in Denmark, which is even in the same place as in East Anglia in England! I wonder what ancient North European kings did there? Probably got their subjects to haul huge quantities of salt, which to be fair is very useful stuff which we have no shortage of here :laugh_at:
