My mixers channel 2 phono 1 left input seems to be really low. I can’t figure out why. I have switched audio jacks back and forth, but nothing worked. I know the audio jacks are good because on channel 3 phono 2 they work just fine. So I think its the port. Any tips or does anybody know a company in the US that I can ship it to for repair? thanks

Sounds like the port to me,try giving it a good clean…all sorts of crap can get into equipment when its being set up or transported
