I’m assuming here you are fairly young or new to free parties. For unlicensed events, we used to do that about 5-10 years ago – of course not the whole venue but the region. Eventually the cops sussed out they could monitor forums like this and know where to deploy extra resources to stop raves. then in 2005/06 they got really flash new radios and control room computer systems which meant they could react much quicker to parties to stop them. They also warned the people running these sites (including myself) in various ways that they could find themselves subject to investigation from both UK and international law enforcement agencies.

so the only events mentioned on here are licensed ones. They should have reasonably clear details of what area they are in, if thats not the case put a reply on one of the threads, as those making the posts are usually promoters or friends of them and will do everything they can to help you get there.
