I have held events in some semi scummy pubs before, like ones on the heart of a housing estate etc. In fact they were pretty good because it was kinds self policed as we were all form that area and no one wanted any trouble.

they were playing some mega sick sounding techno yday wen i walked by… i didn’t go in due to the peeps who’d have been there but if i was with someone id have defo checked it out for the good music. horrible place tho

sadly i’m not going to the monkey now. just gonna go dub bunnies. this makes me sad but fuck it, acid monkey would lead me to a physically and mentally (and monetry) abusive night.
