Hi Harriet I am sorry you are feeling this way 🙁 I’ve been in similar situations and it is near impossible to tell someone they are doing too many drugs. It isn’t because they don’t think your advice is valid.

Maybe they are taking too many because they are masking their real problems? Just always be there for them through the shit times and good. That is all you can do xx
