PV users probably are more clued up than most drug users but there are equally a shit ton of idiots on the drug / party scene. Also intelligence is not everything, a lot of very intelligent people are sociopaths if not psychopaths and because they don’t immediately turn to violence they often get away with very bad shit indeed. for instance the Norway attacker originally came from the local hip hop/music scene, is supposed to have dabbled in drugs and yet turned on his own countries multicultural society.
