Ouch! been there, feel for u, also has a friend that done the same, thing is its was abou 4 years ago n she still has problems,my mate was given a round pillow with a hole in it to sit on so she could still sit down at work so if its really bad would try the doc’s though probably cant help much but might sort u out with good pain killers especially if its affecting your sleep?
