I’ll second what TG says as well, being a student nurse the bursary works out as much the same, working full time, studying on top all for a pittance, an yes we agree to do it but it doesn’t mean its easy.

I was angry at first then despaired that i’d ever manage but in the end had to make a choice. I thought I want this enough to put up with the bullshit then I’ll write my own ticket. Had some hard years but it’s been worth it.
