it’s not commonly used at all.

close family friends and family call their version of hearts ‘hunt the cunt’… as in their game the queen of spades gives the player who picks it up so many points.. it’s a cunt that needs hunting so you can stop worrying about picking it up.

then i decided to start using it as a pick up term…. earlier lol
