from some of the reports I’ve heard I wouldn’t actually class the USA’s elections as free or fair.. :hopeless:

here in “liberal, socialist” Europe we certainly do not get our cops to stop every black person they can and detain them until the polls have closed, we do not always use electronic machines built by companies with known political affiliations (a paper ballot is perfectly useable even in these high tech days), nor do nations remove remove voting rights from prisoners on parole (surely if they are safe enough to be on the streets they should be entitled to vote?)
