The home office have stated, catagorically that it is not a controlled substance, so not class a, b or c
Yes if stopped with it you will prob get arested, but after testing they would have nothing to charge you with.
The only cases i have heared of , are from when after been arested and interviewed, they have amited that they were going to use the substance. In which case you could get done for miss use of substances, same as with glue sniffing
There was one story in the paper a while ago, lad got done for 2 years for selling legal pills, not because they were controlled drugs, but because he thought they were real.
So if you do get nickd, my advice is just keep your mouth shut

There a few companies available if you search google, most are a bit hit or miss as to if they have stock or not
