I had an interview for a job at the RSPCA in 1998 and they had a crocodile there that had been found – not fully grown but cool to see.

and one of the vet surgeries i worked at had a fully grown (5 foot) iguana handed in found walking down harloww high street but he had a collar on and the owners came forward – aparently they walked him on a lead in the summer months
