Yeah it very easy to do just click the insert video button, the second from right at the top of the quick reply box. Use a clean link like the one you find under the share button in youtube and paste it in.

there’s a few reasons – the main ones being security (if the code is “lazy” various nasties can get in and those could not just fuck up the forum but be things like worms to your own computers) and whenever some bright spark at google changes the rest of the iframe code, that would then hose every historical embedded video on forums that have gone about things the wrong way..the way its done here all that is put on our forum database is the unique identifier of a youtube video rather than risk stuff what shouldn’t be here also turning up.
