when they banned hand guns, gun crime got worse…. no normal person walks the street with a kitchen knife or fighting knife.
i’ve recently handed in an antique sword stick that was a collectors item & a replica 8mm that hadn’t been deactivated properly. both of these stood me at a few quid, a mate of mine who actually happens to be a middle ranking police officer is a collector & dealer of militaria & even he’s confused about all the new laws.
i was brought up around guns, knifes ect and learned to respect them. there tools its just how there used that causes problems. You wouldn’t put a drunk behind the wheel of a car would you?
