Peter Mensah Confirmed to Appear.

Hollywood actor Peter Mensah (300, Hidalgo, Tears of the Sun, Jason X) has been voted to play the role of Leon in the film adaptation of Otiz F Angel’s book, ‘Rave Story’.

Peter says: “Rave Story is fantastic. Not only is it a great book but Angel’s life story is really impressive. I learned a lot about Rave Culture, Ibiza and the House Music scene as well. I can’t wait to start filming…”

Fresh from playing the role of Messenger in the epic 300, Peter Mensah has been confirmed to appear as Leon, a drug-dealing street tough in the forthcoming movie interpretation of Otiz F Angel’s autobiographical book, ‘Rave Story’, following a vote by the community of readers on the book’s website.

Set in London in the mid-to-late 1980s with the storyline continuing to the present day, Rave Story is a tale of renowned record producer and nightclub boss Angel’s progression from living the gangster lifestyle as part of a London-based Jamaican crime family syndicate to spiritual and social redemption through his involvement in the burgeoning rave scene.

The casting directors are looking for extras and supporting actors of all ages and races, especially those with a ‘clubber’, ‘raver’ or ‘urban’ look to appear in the movie. Shooting will take place mainly in the UK, US, Canada and Germany, although other locations are also planned.
