went down to woodbury common today to take part in the commando challenge

3 miles of the royal marines training course, obstacles, underwater tunnels, seal crawling through thick mud and so on

was really one of the best days i’ve had in years.. met teams from all over the world… france, USA, NZ.. this is the only weekend of the year when the public can have a go at trying out how one of the most highly trained military forces in the world are trained,so it generates some interest

the event also raised £75,000 for local charity! and there will be more raised tomorrow
