it would have been similar (although not identical) board software to SJ; by 2002 this had been replaced by the vbulletin software that we still use. I only started contributing to the message board in 2002 (when it was vbulletin) as I had got broadband around then.
in those days much more party info was on mailing lists and text newsgroups as not as many people had broadband in England….
