its not an “offical” BBC piece of content but from h2g2 which is an Auntie “Citizen journalism” initiative. A user would have provided it.

h2g2 is a bit like Wikipedia but more closely monitored, and paid for by UK citizens’ license fee contributions whilst expecting the citizens to provide content for free!

That said its a good report but I am unsure of the need for h2g2 itself to be there and funded by the British public now wikipedia exists.
