Yeah i thought i’d heard that sample before, sure is a banger though. The video you posted of feel the panic was taken down.. so i found this one (below) and i have to say i like it, reminds me of Scott Brown – Now is The time for some reason. There ain’t not school like the oldschool!
According to the comments this version is sped up.. but i like it at this speed, a lot of energy.

edit; okay i listened to what i think is the original version and it is also a banger.. i think i might even prefer the original speed.
