if not astmatic take ibruprofen regularily for a few days, it may be worth a trip to A&E too if your having to claim through your insurance – they advise it within 24 hours
I had a BMW arse end me in sept and initially thought I was fine til the next day – fucking agony – ended off work for over and week and on diazepam for me back !

Yeah going to have to claim, was my fault though so good bye no claims bonus 🙁

Work were trying to send me off to A&E but I convinced them to let me go home… Going to have to get lifts into work with my manager for a bit until I can sort another car, hopefully I should feel better tomorrow..
